The *Paid Social Media Specialist will bring strategic and executional experience to our team.  The ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and digital media, should be detail-oriented, and is passionate about execution.  This individual is directly responsible for campaign development, implementation, and measurement of paid social media initiatives and works closely with the media planning team to service a diverse roster of clients.  *Note to applicants, this is a paid social media role and does not involve content creation and organic social media management.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Supporting tactical planning and execution across all social platforms
  • Day-to-day management of client social media programs
  • Pixel/event management to effectively track, measure, and analyze KPI performance
  • Monitoring and optimization of ad campaigns to deliver against performance goals
  • Identifying and creating/developing target audiences for testing opportunities
  • Ensuring quality assurance processes are followed prior to launching client campaigns
  • Checking daily campaign pacing to make certain client goals are met
  • Stewarding the billing process and actualizing spend on an ongoing basis
  • Assisting with social strategy development by compiling category research, competitive data, and social platform information, as well as emerging social media trends
  • Contributing to strategy conversations with larger internal/external account teams

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably within an agency setting
  • Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, and DCM
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative agency environment
