Founders and Co-Managing Directors Ray Mayo and Jon Seitz established MayoSeitz Media in 1997 and have grown the agency from its infancy to one of the leading independent media agencies in the United States. Co-Founder of MayoSeitz Media, Ray was formerly the Media Director of two of the Mid-Atlantic’s largest agencies, Earle Palmer Brown/Philadelphia and GKV in Baltimore. He was responsible for over $100MM of media at each agency and was recognized as the leading media professional in the marketplace by the Philadelphia Ad Club in 1996.

Ray was named as one of the key business and civic leaders under the age of 40 by the Philadelphia Business Journal in their "40 Under 40" listing in March 2002. Ray also serves on the Board of the YMCA of Greater Philadelphia and has served on the Board of Directors of United Way of Southern Pennsylvania.

Ray currently is on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Council of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s) and serves on its national committee for Mid-Size Agency Media Directors.

Co-Founder of MayoSeitz Media, Jon is a skilled media professional with both a planning and buying background. Prior to founding MayoSeitz Media, Jon was the Advertising Sales Manager for Rainbow Sports Sales, one of the nation’s largest sports sales organizations where he managed ad sales for PRISM and Sports Channel Philadelphia. In addition to his sales management background, earlier in his career Jon was Media Director of Boyd, Tamney, Cross Advertising and worked at Elkman Advertising as well. Jon serves on the Marketing Committee of the Settlement Music School, and is a graduate of LEADERSHIP Inc.

Jon also serves on the Local TV and Radio advisory committee of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s)

Adam joined MayoSeitz Media in 2000 and immediately had a major impact on the agency's clients. Thorough, focused, and professional in every aspect of client business, Adam has led some of the agency's largest accounts.

Adam has a comprehensive background in strategic media planning, online marketing, and media research. Adam has extensive experience and currently supervises all planning and buying for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, Philadelphia Phillies, University of Pennsylvania Health System and Subway Restaurants.

Mary has been a core part of the MayoSeitz Media team since 2001. Her expertise in research-driven planning, as well as her steady, focused demeanor, has made Mary a tremendous asset to the agency and its clients.

Mary has extensive experience in tourism, education, healthcare and food categories. She has been highly involved in some of the agency’s largest accounts including Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation (GPTMC), Capital BlueCross, Trex and Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
